1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AarogyaX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clinic administrators, doctors, receptionists, pharmacists, and other staff members.

2. Description of Service

AarogyaX is a cloud-based clinic management system that provides tools for patient management, appointment scheduling, digital prescriptions, pharmacy inventory management, billing, and analytics. The Service is accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensure all users added to your clinic account are authorized

4. Data Ownership

Your clinic retains full ownership of all data entered into AarogyaX, including patient records, prescriptions, billing data, and inventory information. AarogyaX does not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to store or transmit data that violates any law or regulation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Subscription and Payments

AarogyaX offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

8. Intellectual Property

The AarogyaX platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of AarogyaX. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AarogyaX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

AarogyaX is a clinic management tool and does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the AarogyaX application at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
